The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.434 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(2), 38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police got information that Navin Sahni and Niloj Sahni had kept wine on Scorpio bearing registration No.HR51R-7689 and they were trying to sell the liquor. The vehicle was parked in front of the house of Sanjay Sahni. When the police reached there, the accused persons managed to flee away. 62.28 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered but the petitioner was not arrested on the spot. Petitioner is in jail since 10.07.2020.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has remained in jail for more than five

Sessions Judge IIcum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.434 of 2019.
