The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that in the one Bank account opened in the Bank of India, Subhash Chowk, Forbesganj, it was found that Md. Rahim opened the account in the name of Md. Mazabul. During the course of inquiry it was found that the same was opened in the name of Md. Rahim @ Mazabul and Md. Akbar identified the account holder. The petitioner is owner of the photostat shop and he is alleged to have prepared the forged document.

It is submitted that the informant is the step brother of Md. Rahim and the petitioner has been falsely

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 134 of 2015.
