JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.08.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24999 of 2012 to the extent of extending the period of surrender, wherein the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 6 of 2012 registered under Sections 406, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was granted twelve weeks time to surrender and execute the bail bonds vide order dated 02.08.2012. The present modification application has been filed on 20.10.2014.

In the circumstance, this Court is not inclined to modify the earlier order.

Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, keeping in view of the fact that on merits the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43133 of 2014 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 6 of 2012, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. Accordingly the modification application is disposed of.
