After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application under Section 451 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the Special Judge, Siwan for release of the vehicle bearing registration no. BR 29Y- 9930, Engine No.OPING 2737020, Chesis No. MD62ICPIXG2N17965 which has been seized in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.219 of 2018.

In view of the submission made above, the writ
