Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 15.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61666/2021.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case and two witnesses have also been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
