The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No. 07/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 47A of Excise Act.

The petitioner was apprehended while carrying 14800 pouch of country made liquor each containing 200ml. Petitioner is in jail since 09.01.2015. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 07/2015.
