The petitioner is accused in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the Police got recorded the confessional statement and remanded in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in four other cases, as detailed in para 3 of the petition, but in all cases, he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20669 of 2016 (2) dt.16-05-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
