2. By order dated 23.08.2019, the Court had directed for the personal appearance of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhagalpur but had also given him indulgence that if the writ Court order was complied with and affidavit showing compliance filed, he need not appear.
3. Pursuant to such indulgence, show cause has been filed on behalf of the District Programme Officer (Establishment),
Patna High Court MJC No.2721 of 2017 dt.17-09-2019 2/2 Bhagalpur bringing on record compliance of the order dated 28.09.2011 passed in CWJC No. 4489 of 2007.
