Mr. Vijay Kumar Singh Advocate For the Respondent/s :

Mr. Prabhat Kumar Verma AAG3 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI and HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 14-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the appellants and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Since the disengagement of both the appellants were made in the year 1992, they have nothing to do with the respondents for almost 26 years now. The dismissal of their writ application failing to give any direction for consideration of regularization cannot be said to be erroneous.

Patna High Court LPA No.1065 of 2017(5) dt.14-05-2018 2/2 Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed, accordingly. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J) ( Nilu Agrawal, J) skm/- U
