JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition prays for issuance of direction to the respondents to grant 1st Time Bound Promotion with effect from 02.04.1993 and accordingly fix the 05th revised pay with effect from 01.11.1996 as also to pay the consequential benefits.
The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the District Magistrate, Patna by letter dated 21.02.2018, has written to the Principal Secretary, General Administration Department, Bihar, Patna for proper guidance in the matter.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the present
Patna High Court CWJC No.7588 of 2017 (3) dt.14-05-2018 2/2 case, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the Principal Secretary, General Administration Department, Bihar, Patna to decide the case of the petitioner for grant of the aforesaid reliefs, as prayed for, by the petitioner herein by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from today.
