The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Taraiya P.S. Case No. 54 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Kanhaiya Thakur, son of petitioner no. 1 and 3 in the year 2008. Her husband was demanding motorcycle and due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry his daughter was done to death and her dead body was disposed of on 03.07.2012. It is submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20116 of 2016 (3) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased. The deceased died due to illness and a false case is filed. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners who are in-laws of the deceased, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Taraiya P.S.
