JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2018 The petitioner by way of the present writ petition has prayed to fill up the vacant post of Anganbari Sevika in Devariya Panchayat, Anchal-Jalalpur, Ward No.12 Centre No. 32, District Saran at Chapra, on the pretext that though the merit list has been prepared but neither Aam Sabha has been organized nor any selection has been made on the said post.
The respondents have been filed counter affidavit wherein they have stated in paragraph no. 9 that Bahuli area of the Centre No. 32 belongs to the category-Extremely Backward Class, however, the petitioner belongs to Backward Class Category, hence she has got no entitlement to be selected on the aforesaid
