2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No.68/2023 lodged on 23.01.2023 under Sections 304V/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against twelve accused persons including the petitioners with an allegation of dowry death to the informant's daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation levelled in the First Information Report is general and omnibus. The petitioners claim to reside separately

Earlier, there was a quarrel between the deceased and her husband, and the petitioners on being called tried to pacify the issue, hence, they have been dragged into the present case falsely. He further submits that the petitioners are in custody since 27.02.2023 having no criminal antecedents. Moreover, the husband of the deceased is already in custody.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Ashwini/- U T
