The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under section 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that deceased Raghunath Rai @ Nanhak Rai had love affairs with the daughter of the petitioner. The deceased had fled away with the victim daughter of petitioner Nawad Rai. A panchaiti was also held and it was resolved that the deceased should leave the village but on the next day the dead body of Raghunath Rai was found hanging from a tree. The informant suspected that the petitioner and others might have killed Raghunath Rai. There appears to be no eye witness of the occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused Mahesh Rai has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court by order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26425 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 04.03.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 3501 of 2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 189 of 2014.
