JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State. The father of the petitioner died in harness on 18.02.2018. At the time of death he was working as In Charge Head Master in Gorkati Middle School, Konch. After the death of the father, the petitioner applied for compassionate appointment in the prescribed form. The application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment is pending before the respondent authorities.

Considering the object of the compassionate appointment, the Court direct the respondent to take appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.25010 of 2018(3) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed.
