JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Only two cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 11.01.2016. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted that when petitioner was arrested in the present case, he was made accused in Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20384 of 2016 (2) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016.
