The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was on bail but his bail bond was cancelled on 18.12.2014. The petitioner surrendered in the court on 15.05.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two and half months for misuse of privilege of bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Nalanda at Biharsharif in S. T. No. 968 of 2010 (Bind P.S. Case No. 13/2009).
