Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Petitioner is husband of opposite party No.2. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner has stated in paragraph-21 that he is ready to restore conjugal right with opposite party No.2.

In the aforesaid circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail for six

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32763 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No.332 (C) of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

The learned court below shall take step for conciliation between two. If the petitioner would be found noncooperative, the learned court below shall cancel the provisional bail otherwise provisional bail shall be confirmed. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
