The petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 233 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case during course of investigation on mere suspicion. Similarly situated co-accused, namely Raushan Singh, Bipin Singh, Pramod Singh and Raghbendra Singh have already been enlarged on bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 2364/2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 19499/2014. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26646 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge II, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 233/2013.
