JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015 registered under Section 302 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that mother of the informant had gone at the door of Rambrich Paswan for taking her wage at 4 P.M. In the evening, rumor spread in the village that a dead body of female was laying in the house of Ram Abtar Thakur, on which, the informant went there and identified the dead body of her mother. The informant raised suspicion against five persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner. Submission is that petitioner has falsely been

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused, Indrajit Paswan, has already been granted privilege of bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.04.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 8693 of 2016 and the petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Jhanjharpur, in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
