The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nardiganj P. S. Case No. 126 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 A/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner, who is in custody since 09.03.2016, is reported to be a man of clean antecedent and no injury was caused to any person, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Nawada in Nardiganj P. S. Case No. 126 of 2015.
