JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2022 Though, the present writ petition was filed for payment of the outstanding amount of GPF but the respondents have filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the entire GPF amount has been paid, details whereof have been mentioned in paragraphs no. 5 to 9 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents no. 2 and 3 on 10.10.2022. The learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that though the petitioner had joined service in the year 1984 but the GPF has been paid with effect from the year 1985 and further interest for one year is also required to be paid inasmuch as though, the petitioner had retired on 31.10.2015, the GPF has been paid belatedly.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13951 of 2021(4) dt.13-10-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the respondent State further submits that the calculation chart would be provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner today itself. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the concerned authority.
