2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar Mobbi O.P. P.S. Case No. 707 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 21(c) and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been found smuggling 430 Kg. ganja which was hidden in a container.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver or

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that huge quantity of ganja being transported by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
