2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the description of respondent no.2.

The petitioner is challenging the memo no.645 dated 05.04.2023 passed by the District Arms Magistrate, Saharsa, by which the application filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of Arms License of gun has been rejected.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the application of the petitioner for grant of Arms license of gun has been rejected only on the ground that the petitioner has not furnished the training certificate as per the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9488 of 2023(2) dt.23-11-2023 2/2 new Rules. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is undergoing a training as per the new Rules and he will file a fresh application for issuance of Arms License of gun in accordance with law.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application in accordance with law for grant of Arms licence of double gun before the District Magistrate, Saharsa. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the District Magistrate, Saharsa in accordance with law within four months of its filing. He will not be guided by the earlier rejection order.
