The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Sections 396 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code were added.

Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Md. Sajjad who was apprehended immediately after the occurrence. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Co-accused Md. Saifullah @ Saifullah @ Master, Md. Aslam @ Md. Usman @ Md. Ficha and Bechan Mian have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 220 of 2011, Cr. Misc. No. 19361 of 2011 and Cr. Misc. No. 26407 of 2011. The case of the petitioner stands

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26708 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbesganj P.S.
