2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Noor Sarai P.S. Case No. 333 of 2024 dated 24.07.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. Previously, similar bail petition of the petitioner bearing Cr. Misc. No. 80693 of 2024 was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.01.2025 on merit and there is no changed circumstances in the case except passage of time.

4. Now, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at present the petitioner is in custody for above one year whereas at the time of previous order dated 17.01.2025, the period of custody of the petitioner was 6 months. He further submits that even trial has not been concluded and the same is

8. However, learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the prayer of the petitioner for bail submitting that the offence is serious in nature. The petitioner is main accused of committing the murder of the deceased.

9. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not persuaded to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

10. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
