JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 23.03.2016 in a case registered under section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant claims that the deceased was murdered in the house of the petitioner and, thereafter, her dead body was cremated.

Admittedly, there is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence and the reason for murder of the deceased is said to be some petty family feud. Moreover, investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be
