The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 16.06.2020 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal Miscellaneous No. 85698 of 2019. By the aforesaid order, the petitioners were directed to be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of the order.

However for the reasons which have been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36072 of 2020(2) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 explained in the petition, the petitioners could not surrender within the period mentioned in the order dated 16.06.2020. The order dated 16.06.2020 is modified to the extent that in case the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, they will be accorded the privilege of anticipatory bail under the order dated 16.06.2020, with the same terms and conditions. The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
