The petitioner, who is in custody since 30th November, 2013, seeks bail in connection with Jay Nagar P.S. Case No. 239 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40631 of 2014 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of communication of the order.

No.30249 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2 / 2 It has been contended that till date only three witnesses have been examined on behalf of the prosecution and there is no likelihood of the trial being concluded in near future. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Jay Nagar P.S. Case No. 239 of 2013.
