The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 409 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was the Headmaster of the School and he was entrusted with money for construction of the school building but the petitioner did not construct the school building and thereby misappropriated Rs. 4,54,986/-. It is submitted that the petitioner constructed the school up to the roof and he deposited money of scholarship and dress. The petitioner also deposited Rs. 55,000/- in the account of the school. The petitioner undertakes to complete construction of the school building within four months. Case No. 35 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 361/2015.
