This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 650 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 468, 471 and 417/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Conduct Act, 1981. This anticipatory bail application, filed five years after registration of the First Information Report, is rejected on the ground of delay in approaching the Court.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned Court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present
