The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was apprehended and he is said to have confessed his guilt and in pursuance thereof one looted mobile was recovered from the possession of Satish Kumar who disclosed that he purchased the mobile from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2013. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two years but he was never put in T. I. Parade. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
