The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under section 392 of the I.P.C The prosecution story, in brief, is that when the informant along with his friend was going to market on a motorcycle in the way unknown persons on the point of pistol snatched away his motorcycle, mobile and cash of Rs. 9301/- and from his friend Sintu Ram Rs. 500/- and fled away. On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 9.1.2015. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. No T.I. parade has been conducted. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26783 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 petitioner's name has figured in course of investigation. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar-II, J.M.1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura in GwalparaP.S. Case No. 73 of 2014.
