Petitioners are accused in a case registered for the offence under sections 307/302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners along with other 100 unknown persons have been alleged to be indulged in assault of informant's father causing his death on the allegation of theft of a buffalo of one Indal Ram.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33701 of 2019(3) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 accused Indal Ram has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 26.2.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 11493 of 2019. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts of the case, let both the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Arwal in Karpi Police Station Case No. 108 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
