The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.10 of 2016, arising out of Delha P.S. Case No.104 of 2015, registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the son of the informant was accompanied by the three F.I.R. named accused but the son of the informant did not return and on the next day, the dead body of the son of the informant was found near Bageshwari Gumti. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19284 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in this case in the confessional statements of the co-accused. The petitioner is in jail custody since 24.07.2015 in this case.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-V, Gaya, in connection with Sessions Trial No.10 of 2016, arising out of Delha P.S. Case No.104 of 2015.
