Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 1.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56131/2018 and the petitioner happens to be husband and the case is of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for one year and the charge has been framed but not a single witness has been examined in this case..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, since the charge has been
