Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, who were arrested on the spot. Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 16.03.2016 and except the present case as well as Sachivalaya P.S. Case No. 75 of 2013, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.19021 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhaura P.S.
