This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 396, 307, 436 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act, 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the names of the petitioners in the present case have appeared after a period of nine years. It has, further, been submitted that there is no direct or indirect evidence against the petitioners. It has, further, been submitted that other coaccused have been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 38805 of 2014 and 48259 of 2014.

It has been pointed out on behalf of the State that the petitioners have place active role in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19966 of 2015 dt.09-06-2015 the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 87 of 2005 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Motihari.
