The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation and the police submitted charge sheet. The petitioner is in jail since 12.08.2014, but the petitioner has not been put on test identification parade.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Subhash Kumar Roy, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Piyar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2011.
