1. This Court has passed a detailed oral order on 21.08.2025, which reads as follows:-
1. In spite of posting the matter as a last indulgence, the Learned counsel for the petitioner again sought for an adjournment on the ground that the petitioner is no more.
2. Therefore, the matter is adjourned on payment of costs of Rs.
50/- (Rupees Fifty Only) to the Bihar
Patna High Court CWJC No.22621 of 2018(5) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 State Legal Services Authority. List on 28.08.2025.
2. In spite of the said order, the cost of Rs. 50/- has not been paid to the Bihar State Legal Services Authority, and the Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought an adjournment of further two weeks, which is rejected.
