JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be gotini of the informant's daughter. The marriage of informant's daughter had taken place 15 years ago but informant claimed that she was killed by her in laws including the petitioner.
In course of investigation, witnesses made contradictory statements. Moreover, the supervising authority found the case true under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016.
