Petitioner is accused in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 319 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made loaded pistol.

Submission is that prior to the present case, petitioner has been remanded in 7 other cases, as detailed in paragraph no.3 of the petitioner. Due to that reason, Police has falsely been implicated the petitioner in the present case. It further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2015. No.19303 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 319 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
