The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 371 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation as it is found that the petitioner is using one of the stolen mobile putting his SIM, but the mobile was not recovered from possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 28.02.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Pothia P.S. Case No. 258 of 2014.
