Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Four country-made pistols and 8 magazines were recovered from a bag which is said to be in carrier of the motorcycle of petitioner.

Regard being had to the above-said facts as well as recovery, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 209 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the

No.19220 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 2/2 trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within for months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order and if, trial of the petitioner is not concluded within the above-said period of four months due to fault of the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below itself.
