1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22334 of 2025, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before a learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the inadvertently, in the prayer portion of the main petition of Cr. Misc. No. 22334 of 2025, the description of the Court below has wrongly been typed as "to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40086 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 learned Exclusive Special Court POCSO-03, Muzaffarpur", instead of "to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur", as such, he could not surrender before the learned District Judge within the time granted by this Court. He, accordingly, prays for the correction of the description of the learned Court below and further two weeks' time to surrender before the learned District Court.

4. Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, let the description of the learned Court below in paragraph 7 of the bail order, dated 01.05.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22334 of 2025 be read as "to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur" and let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below be extended by further two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
