JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the recommendation made by the District Magistrate, Purnea to the Circle Officer, Bayisee, Purnea to conduct an enquiry regarding Caste Certificate issued to the petitioner and cancel the same, in accordance with law, but the learned counsel for the petitioner has admitted that till date the Caste Certificate of the petitioner has not been cancelled.

In such view of the matter, this Court finds that the present writ petition is pre-mature, however, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the Caste Scrutiny

Patna High Court CWJC No.98 of 2019(5) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 Committee, Bihar, Patna, in case any adverse order is passed against the Petitioner or for that matter for agitating his subsisting grievances.
