Petitioner demanded extortion money from the informant giving threatening him to death but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was mercilessly assaulted by the informant and his companions on the alleged date of occurrence for which petitioner lodged Bidupur P.S.Case No.192 of 2015 against the informant of this case and others and with an intent to save his skin the informant lodged this false case.
