At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by the order passed in Chandra Shekhar Azad and Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Analogous cases (CWJC No.15626 of 2019) passed on 13.02.2020 and also by L.P.A. No.1472 of 2015 passed on 18.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation enclosing all the relevant orders and documents in his support, before the respondent no.4 within
Patna High Court CWJC No.11187 of 2019(5) dt.13-05-2024 2/2 a period of four weeks and the respondent no.4 is well advised to pass a reasoned and speaking order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel, within a period of two months from the date of filing of representation of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application is disposed of.
