The present modification application is filed for modification of the order dated 05.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57789 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical mistake in paragraph-1 and prayer portion of the bail petition "Sessions Trial No.13 of 2021 " has been wrongly typed in place of " Sessions Trial No.647 of 2022". Let it be read as "Sessions Trial No.647 of 2022" in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37284 of 2022(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 place of "Sessions Trial No.13 of 2021".

Accordingly, the order dated 05.05.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
