2. The present application has been filed seeking recall of the order dated 27.02.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14224 of 2009, by which the case was dismissed for non prosecution.

3. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the averments made in the application, the Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown by learned counsel for not having appeared on 27.02.2017, when the case was dismissed for non
